(hereafter RT62) sells tickets for various events in its online shop. The prices of the products always include VAT at 0%.
RT62 is not responsible for any incorrect price information on the website and reserves the right to change prices.
To order
Tickets are ordered via the online shop. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, indicating the products ordered and the price of the order. To receive an order confirmation, a valid email address must be provided at the time of ordering.
By ordering from the RT62 online shop, the customer gives his/her consent for the information provided to be stored in the RT62 online shop's customer contact register. When placing an order, the customer agrees to the current terms of delivery, which apply to all products delivered from the online shop.
Payment methods
Products are paid for at the time of ordering. You can pay in our online shop by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), online bank and invoice. See below for more information on payment methods. All prices are indicated as VAT 0% and the currency used is the euro. The payment service partners of our online shop are Stripe, and Klarna.
Stripe
Stripe is a secure and easy payment method. When you choose to pay by credit card on the Muovia.com checkout page, Stripe acts as your payment intermediary. The payment is made directly on the e-commerce website and you are not redirected to another service. When you pay with the credit card payments offered by Stripe, you agree to the Stripe terms and conditions, which you can find here.

Delivery
The ordered right to participate in the event will be delivered by email.
Exchange and return conditions
All products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act from the date of receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised special orders/pre-orders. In the case of a refund, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order (not, for example, by bank transfer).
Please inform us in advance of any refund or exchange by e-mail.
The cancellation policy for RT62 transactions is as follows:
In case of cancellation, RT62 will refund the participant as follows:
- 100% of the course fee: cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the event.
- 50% of the course fee: cancellation at least 21 days before the event
- 0% of the course fee: cancellation is made less than 21 days before the event.
RT62 charges a €5 office fee for cancellations made by the customer, regardless of the payment method (invoice or online payment).
In case of cancellation by RT62, the course fee will be refunded in full to the participant.
The event will be organised and tickets will be provided on a force majeure basis. If, for reasons beyond the control of RT62 and due to force majeure (such as natural disaster, industrial action...), the trip is cancelled, the cancellation conditions will not apply as such.
